Meditation for dummies

If you think meditation sounds nice, but also boring and complicated – think again! Mindfullness is a form of meditation that you can do anywhere – whether you are brushing your teeth or walking down the street. In this seminar, we’ll do a chocolate meditation (yes, chocolate will be served), and test out playful and mindful ways to de-stress, pray and meditate. Get ready for an hour of digital detox and total relaxation with these fun and simple mindfulness tools!
